These easy noodles come together fast for a quick weeknight meal, using the savory powers of our Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles, plus the sweet heat of our Momofuku Hot Honey. The cucumbers are optional—but we strongly recommend them if you want to pack your noodle bowls with a nice crunch. Each recipe makes 2 servings of noodles.

Quick Pickled Cucumbers
Hot Honey Beef Noodles

This sheet pan meal combines one of our favorite stir fries with our Momofuku noodles. Using the broiler gives you tender pieces of the glazed beef, charred broccoli, and (the best part) crispy noodles. If you prefer a spicier flavor, you can always double (or triple) up on the Momofuku Chili Crunch.

Ginger Scallion Noodles are one of our very favorites. This recipe is adapted so you can quickly transform a pack of Momofuku Soy & Scallion noodles for an easy lunch or dinner.
To level up the meal, top with quick pickled cucumbers, rotisserie chicken, or a fried egg.

There are few things better than Cacio e Pepe — it's basically grown up Mac n Cheese.
We take this version to the next level by swapping out cheese for miso. The extra boost of umami is key. It's a version of a dish we used to serve at Momofuku Nishi and Chef Max Ng, Culinary Director of Momofuku, has adapted it for home cooks with our dried noodles.
Be sure to use unsalted butter or your noodles will end up too salty. This recipe serves 1, and it’s best not doubled.

These noodles are inspired by Dan Dan Noodles, one of our favorite Sichuan dishes, but made with our Momofuku pantry products. Here we use our Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles, plus our Momofuku Rice Vinegar, our Tingly Seasoned Salt which has Sichuan peppercorns, and Momofuku Extra Spicy Chili Crunch. (If you just have regular Momofuku Chili Crunch, that works too—but we like the extra heat for these noodles.) Nothing compares to real deal dan dan noodles but these will do for a weeknight treat.
The fun part: each person assembles their own bowl, adding as much of the sauce and Momofuku Chili Crunch as they like.

This patty melt uses Chili Crunch in both the special sauce and also on top of the cheese, making an extra spicy version of one of our favorite sandwiches. We opted for a double decker version, but you could easily change things up and make four single decker sandwiches instead—you’ll just need 2 more slices of bread.

This ramen comes together in about half an hour and uses our Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles. In our restaurants, we simmer our broth for hours. In this quick weeknight recipe, the key to the big flavors is that the garlic is cooked in three different ways: roasted, fried, and sautéed. Level it up with Momofuku Chili Crunch and a soft boiled egg. One recipe makes about 4 bowls of ramen.

DIRECTIONS:
This sheet pan chicken and cauliflower is a perfect pairing with our Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles—but it’s also equally good all on its own. Let the chicken marinate while you break up the whole cauliflower and slice up your leeks, or start early and marinate it for up to 6 hours in the refrigerator. Serves 4.

Alfredo is a loved dish for its creamy and cheesy flavor. Take your alfredo to the next level with the rich umami flavor of Black Truffle, so good it’ll make your mouth water every time you think about it. This alfredo recipe is quicker and easier as it doesn’t use a roux and will come together as fast as it takes to cook the pasta!
Ingredients:
Directions:
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Season with 1 pasta rock according to package directions. Add pasta and cook to package directions. Drain and cover until ready to use.
In a medium saucepan over high heat add olive oil and cream. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low. Slowly whisk in parmesan cheese until combined. Add dipper and truffle sea salt.
If the sauce is too thick or becomes clumpy add 1-2 tbsp of pasta water to smooth sauce.
Add pasta to pan and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
If you don't have pasta rocks on hand it is still important to season your pasta water! Salting the water is the only time the pasta itself is going to be seasoned so make sure your water is salty like the sea. We recommend adding 1 Tbsp of salt for every 4 quarts of water.

Add pieces to an oiled 9x13 baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 375F until golden brown, about 25-35 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting in a bowl. As soon as the rolls are out of the oven use about a quarter of the frosting to top the rolls. Let the cinnamon rolls cool, then finish frosting with the remainder of the frosting. Enjoy!
