Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring! Liven up your breakfast with this Smoothie Bowl. Bananas and blueberries are blended with our Mojito Balsamic to make the ideal base. Topped with strawberries, coconut, and our homemade granola for the perfect crunch!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. In a bowl combine ingredients for the granola, spread in an even layer on a lined baking sheet. Add granola to the oven and bake until crispy, stirring every 5 minutes, about 15-20 minutes total.
  2. In a blender add milk of choice, Mojito Balsamic, frozen banana, and blueberries in that order. Blend until smooth, stopping very often to scrape down the sides and tamp down the fruit. About 5-10 minutes total of blending.
  3. Add to a bowl and top with homemade granola, toasted coconut, and fresh strawberries slices. Serve immediately.
