CORNBREAD MUFFINS WITH WHIPPED BOURBON BUTTER
- 1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix
- Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions
WHIPPED MAPLE BOURBON BUTTER
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
