Meatloaf with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Glaze

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, divided
1 lb Ground Beef
1 egg
½ c. Breadcrumbs
½ c. Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp Italian Season Blend
Pinch of Salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Combine all the ingredients, mix well, setting aside 2 Tbsp of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam. Place in loaf plan and cook for 35 minutes. Baste the remaining 2 Tbsp of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam onto the meatloaf and cook for 10 minutes.
