1 Jar (15.75oz) Bronco Bob's Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (Available @ The Cook's Nook)
1 8oz Cream Cheese Block
1 can of 15oz Black Beans
1/2 Cup Red Onion - Chopped
1 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Small Jalapeno (optional) diced
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut cream cheese in half lengthwise, drain and rise black beans and cover over cream cheese halves. Pour the "Bronco Bob's" over the beans, top with Monterey Jack Cheese, chopped onion and jalapeno. Bake until bubbly and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
