Every Wind & Willow product is a box full of possibilities! Each has directions and an additional recipe on the box as well as several recipes online. As we began discussing this blog post, we discovered that our staff uses products in many more ways than are even listed here. One staff member referred to these products as “the Swiss Army Knife of the kitchen.”
Follow along as we give you the inside scoop on how we use these mixes to flavor just about everything we cook, along with a couple recipes perfect for this product.
Prepare mix as directed -with sour cream and mayo:
• Enjoy as a dip for veggies, chips, or crackers
• Use on a sandwich as a spread
• Stir into cooked and cubed chicken for delicious chicken salad
• Stir into cooked pasta and chopped fresh veggies for pasta salad
Use the dry mix:
• Sprinkle on to vegetables tossed in olive oil and bake at 350 until softened
• Add to two 8-ounce cans of diced tomatoes for a quick salsa
• Combine with homemade or store-bought hummus
