- ¼ cup Key Lime Infused Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 2 tsp Mojo Citrus Seasoning Salt
- 1 Personal Size Watermelon
- 8 oz Block Feta
- 8-10 Slices Prosciutto
- 10 Mint Leaves, chiffonade
Directions:
- In a jar combine Key Lime Olive Oil, Mojito Balsamic, and Mojo Citrus Seasoning Salt.
- Cut the rind off the watermelon, and cut into uniform ½”-1” cubes.
- Cut feta into uniform ½” pieces, and slice prosciutto into thirds, then roll.
- Skewer prosciutto, watermelon, feta, prosciutto, and watermelon.
- Sprinkle skewers with mint and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
