Our molcajete is the traditional Mexican version of the mortar, carved of natural volcanic stone, which is the ideal grinding surface. The molcajete is 8-inches in diameter by 5-inches tall and the tejolote is 4-1/2-inches long with a 2-1/2-inch diameter grinding end. Includes a booklet with steps on how to cure and clean your molcajete as well as recipes. When all the right people, and ingredients, kitchen tools, and food come together, we call this The Art of Gathering.

  • Molcajete measures 8.5-inch diameter by 5-inches tall. Tejolote is 4.5-inches long with a 2.5-inch diameter grinding end.
  • Includes an informative booklet with steps on how to cure your new molcajete.
  • Simply scrub with a brush and warm water to clean, if necessary you may use an unscented detergent provided you rinse thoroughly.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.

Returns


Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and item is in the same condition as when you bought it. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a full refund.

If no receipt is able to be provided, in store credit is available. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
