Toddy's unique cold brew filtration extracts all the natural and delicious flavors of coffee and tea, leaving behind the bitter acids and oils associated with the traditional heat-brewing process. Designed specifically for the Toddy® Cold Brew System, Toddy® Filters come 2 to a bag.
We recommend replacing felt filters after 10 to 12 uses or after 3 months, whichever comes first. Cleaning simply requires rinsing the filter under running water to remove any residue, squeezing off any moisture, and storing in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer between uses. No soap needed.

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.
Return Information
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. Return made online are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
If no receipt is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.

The purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so you are encouraged to keep track of the tracking number.
