Garlic & Basil Linguine
Nothing feels more Italian than the flavors of garlic and basil- and this pasta is loaded with flavor. This pasta is perfect to pair with a spicy tomato sauce, a saucy alfredo, or add a little “umph” to an easy butter and cheese sauce.
- Bring 4-6 qt water to a boil and place one Pasta Rock™ or 1 Tbsp salt in water.
- Let Pasta Rock™ boil with water for 1-3 minutes deepening on your salt preference an the size of the Pasta Rock™
- Remove Pasta Rock™ with slotted spoon; set aside for another use. Pasta Rocks™ can be used until they full dissolve.
- Use salted water to cook pasta for 115-16 minutes uncovered. Drain and toss with your favorite EVOO.
