Clove Oil (Eugenia caryophyllata) is a versatile and potent essential oil renowned for its myriad benefits and applications in both culinary and aromatherapy practices. Extracted from the dried flower buds of the clove tree, this clove essential oil boasts a warm, spicy aroma and flavor that is both invigorating and comforting.
Clove Oil (Eugenia caryophyllata) is a pure, natural essential oil and is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy.
1 dram = about 1 teaspoon
This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).
Note: When substituting these flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.
Return Information
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment.
If no receipt is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
