The Escali AHC4 Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer is the perfect tool to help you make great tasting candy, confections or deep-fried foods the whole family will enjoy. The classic time-tested paddle design features a hands-free vessel clip for safe measuring and temperature references for making different types of candy printed directly on the temperature scale.
Confectionary Temperature Zones
The paddle’s face includes temperature indications for cooking candy to the perfect consistency; including thread, soft ball, firm ball, hard ball, soft crack and hard crack markings.
Protective Probe Guard
The stainless steel metal paddle protects the temperature probe from false readings against the cooking container and accidental breaks.
Hands-free Vessel Clip
A stainless steel clip holds the thermometer in a pot for continuous hands free measurements.
Heat Resistant Handle
The heat resistant handle makes it easy to move the thermometer through the cooking process.
Easy to Read Measurements
The temperature column is easy to read and features both Fahrenheit and Celsius measurements.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
Returns
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and item is in the same condition as when you bought it. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a full refund.
If no receipt is able to be provided, in store credit is available. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
