HIC Roasting's Flavor Injector adds layers of flavor below the surface to tenderize meat and ensure tasty, mouthwatering results. This invaluable addition to cooking utensils and chef tools keeps meat moist and juicy when exposed to heat for prolonged periods of time, like roasting, grilling, rotisserie, and other slow cooking methods. With an ample 1.5-ounce capacity and a stainless steel injector needle, it easily infuses broth, stock, au jus, citrus juices, and marinades directly where needed. Easy to use. Simply depress the stem and submerge the tip of the needle into the marinade. Slowly pull out the stem to draw in liquid. Insert needle below the surface of the meat where desired. Firmly press the stem while drawing the needle out slowly to release the marinade at different depths for layers of flavor. Perfect for tenderizing meat, poultry and pork, beef, game, and fish and maximizing flavor. Made from polycarbonate and nylon for strength and durability with an 18/8 stainless steel injector needle. HIC Roasting's Flavor Injector disassembles for a thorough cleaning. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.

Return Information

Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. Return made online are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

If no receipt is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
