As a veteran recipe developer, Alexis thought she had home cooking on lock until she became the primary caretaker and chef for her mother, which inspired her to think harder about cooking the daily task. Nights and Weekends is the solution to this quotidien dilemma, offering recipes that are eminently achievable for every time and effort constraint. In the Nights section, which is divided by type of food (such as Soups, Vegetable, Meat, Pasta, Fish), recipes have a short ingredient list that can be easily sourced, will come together in under 40 minutes, and only one pot or a sheet pan. The Weekend section is organized by type of meal—Brunch, Dinner, and a chapter on Snacks for informal gatherings—and features recipes that are slightly more adventurous, as well as a chapter on homemade desserts. Through dishes such as One-Pot Gnocchi Ragu, Everything Bagel Tomato Panzanella, Hot Butter Garlic Shrimp, 7-Minute Eggs with Mayo and Chile Oil, and Curried Chicken and Cauliflower Phyllo Pie, this cookbook not only gives you delicious meals, but it also gives you your invaluable time back to enjoy them.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.

Return Information

Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt/order number, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. This means the return must be in-transit back to us within that 14 day window. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and you must return the item in the same packaging/box that it was sent to you in. 

If no receipt/order number is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.

The purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so you are encouraged to keep track of the tracking number.
