As cast iron can reach high heat on a low to medium setting, you can seal your food quickly and lock in the moisture, nutrients and flavours, producing succulent tasty meals. It is a very healthy way of cooking too as the cooking fat drains away and collects below the ribs. The grill is coated with Le Creuset’s specialist satin black enamel finish. Durable and easy to clean, the satin black enamel interior has been especially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required) and is ideal for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish and vegetables.
Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying. Suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven, under the grill and on the barbecue and is protected by a Lifetime Guarantee for total peace of mind.
Only low to medium heat is required when cooking and will achieve the high surface heat required for searing.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
Returns
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and item is in the same condition as when you bought it. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a full refund.
If no receipt is able to be provided, in store credit is available. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
