The Ankarsrum Pasta Roller & Cutter Kit includes everything you need to make thin pasta sheets and pasta cutter for uniform fettuccine noodles. You'll enjoy making homemade pasta – it’s fast and easy for a delicious meal with family and friends.
Simply attach the Pasta Roller Lasagna or Pasta Cutter Fettuccine on your Assistent Original, and let its powerful motor do the hard work for you. The Pasta Roller lets you adjust dough thickness for the sheets from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, while the Pasta Cutter Fettuccine produces 6 mm wide ribbons.
Each piece is made in Italy by Marcato, a company with more than 80 years of experience in pasta making, ensuring high quality and durability. With the Ankarsrum Pasta Roller & Cutter Kit, you'll get impressive results with minimal effort.
Recommended thickness: 1mm for lasagna (setting 7 on the roller) and 1.2-1.5mm for fettuccine (settings 5-6).

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.
Return Information
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt/order number, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. This means the return must be in-transit back to us within that 14 day window. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and you must return the item in the same packaging/box that it was sent to you in.
If no receipt/order number is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.

The purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so you are encouraged to keep track of the tracking number.
