This set includes two high-performance tools — oversized Balloon Whisks for light, airy meringues and whipped cream, and sturdy Cookie Beaters designed to handle chilled butter in small pieces for pastry dough.
Note: The Premium Beater Set is compatible with the Beater Bowl in Stainless Steel (sold separately). This set is not for use with the Tritan plastic Beater Bowl, included with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Basic Package.
The Premium Beater Set is designed for frequent bakers who demand precision, power, and consistent results. It includes solid beater housing, one pair of oversized balloon whisks, and one pair of durable cookie beaters — giving you dedicated tools for whipping, creaming, and mixing with confidence.
For use with the Ankarsrum Stainless Steel Beater Bowl only (sold separately). Not compatible with the Tritan plastic Beater Bowl, included with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Basic Package.
Two Specialized Tools for Superior Results
Balloon Whisks
The oversized stainless steel Balloon Whisks cover a larger area of the bowl, incorporating more air for faster, more efficient whipping. Ideal for whipped cream, egg whites, meringues, sponge cakes, buttercream, and light batters, they create stable peaks, smooth textures, and exceptional volume.
Cookie Beaters
Made from sturdy 3,5 mm thick stainless steel wire, the Cookie Beaters are designed to handle chilled butter in small pieces for pie crust and pastry dough while mixing up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough with ease. They also excel at creaming butter and sugar and blending thicker batters that require strength and stability.
Precision Construction
The closed Beater Housing features a solid design with an optimized internal gear ratio, eliminating loose parts or exposed gearwheels that require assembly. Simply push the Balloon Whisks or Cookie Beaters into place and you’re ready to mix. The housing cover is fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and the bottom plate is chrome-plated die-cast zinc for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning.
Crafted from carefully selected, high-quality materials, the integrated system enhances stability, simplifies handling, and delivers consistent performance across a wide range of baking applications.

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.
Return Information
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt/order number, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. This means the return must be in-transit back to us within that 14 day window. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and you must return the item in the same packaging/box that it was sent to you in.
If no receipt/order number is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.

The purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so you are encouraged to keep track of the tracking number.
