Its square shape and cover work to produce the sandwich bread shape like those of commercial bakeries - because our pans are used by commercial bakeries. Or leave the cover off and you get the rounded tops produced by open loaf pans. It is also great for quick breads that have a tendency to overflow the pan. Any way you use it, our heavy gauge aluminized steel will bake perfect loaves every time with its exceptional heat distribution and durability. The unique ribbed design aids in air circulation and even heat distribution as well. And it helps resist warping. All the details that the professionals look for can be found in our bakeware. Note on the Cover: The curved edge of the cover acts as a “handle” and is the leading edge when closing the cover. Make sure it is seated all the way to the indentation to lock. To remove the cover, let the pan cool enough to handle and then position the pan with the curled edge facing you. Tap on the curled edge with your palm to slide the cover away from you.

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, but please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped out. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you need your order sooner. By selecting an expedited shipping option, we will place your order at the top of our shipping que and send out with faster delivery date service either from UPS or USPS.
Return Information
Your items are eligible for return as long as you have a receipt, items are able to be put back in original packaging, and the item is in new condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment.
If no receipt is able to be provided, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the amount of the return. Please note that any items on sale, or marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
